What are some interpersonal skills needed to be successful in my field?

Essay:
Nursing Assistants work under supervision of nurses and physicians they assisting them in patient care. "They have to perform some of the same exact duties as" (L.P.N).  They also Need to give full attention to what  people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, ask questions as needed, and not interrupting at any time. Most importantly looking for ways to help people as needed.Being aware of others' reactions and understanding why they react as they do. Having medical skills and medical knowledge, nursing assistants are required to work as a team and personal attributes such as patience, dependability and good physical health.Communicating with the patience and understanding from there point of view and making the feel comfortable as possible.Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.

  1. Read each sentence one by one...does the sentence express a complete thought? Can it be understood by the reader if it stood alone?
